The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance of the catering facility while performing skilled air-conditioning and refrigeration work in the installation, maintenance and repair of the aforesaid equipment. In addition, the role is responsible for the maintenance of catering trucks, sedans and vans, in accordance with the safety regulations set by the authorities and the company. Employees in this class perform the full range of skilled tasks under general supervision and may lead less skilled workers on an assigned task when necessary.
